It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts familyfilms and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Because we are a small online company, we do not do refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your item you order from us, films and or anything else otherwise...please email us directly and we will figure something out with you if you are not fully happy with your products. Most people do not read fine PRINT but this is very important. Again it is because we are a small company mail order/online web site.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. familyfilms is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, familyfilms reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
